Leadership

SIAN is led by founding director Vinolan Pillay, whose technical background and on-site experience shape the company’s delivery approach. With a career spanning both OEM and service provider environments, his knowledge covers the full value chain, from equipment installation and system integration to commercial oversight and contract execution.

He remains directly involved in every project, with leadership presence maintained across planning, client coordination, and site operations. Under his guidance, SIAN has grown from a focused HVAC installer into a multidisciplinary service provider, with extended capability across refrigeration, construction, and energy systems.

His decision-making is closely tied to the realities of project delivery, allowing for fast escalation, tighter control, and consistent follow-through from planning to handover.

Workforce

SIAN’s in-house team includes certified HVAC and Refrigeration technicians, ammonia specialists, mechanical and electrical engineers, licensed electricians, and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). Staff are trained across core systems—including HVAC units, pump infrastructure, refrigeration plants, and energy-efficient upgrades—and are deployed based on project type, system complexity, and operational risk.

A dedicated construction division supports the delivery of turnkey scopes across building, mechanical, and wet services. This includes quantity surveyors, construction foremen, plumbers, bricklayers, and a structural engineer, enabling fully coordinated delivery from groundwork to final commissioning.

Where subcontractors are used, they operate under clear performance and compliance frameworks, with SIAN maintaining oversight across every location, task, and trade. This ensures that all work, whether in-house or subcontracted, meets the same standard for safety, quality, and accountability.
